Iapetus Chan would notice you and would stay quiet for a few seconds, looking at you with curiosity before speaking in a quiet and soft voice.

"Hi.. I.. take it that you're here to meet me. Well, I am Iapetus Chan." Iapetus said quietly as she looked at you. She didn't actually seem nervous at all, it's just that she hasn't expected someone to come up and talk to her. None the less, she seems happy to see a new person. She has a slight smile on her face, and a very slight blush.
