No matter what the guards of the Fisalia family has done, he still managed to escape without getting caught.

Their captain was the city's most elusive thief. Infuriatingly charming, and unreasonably handsome. And worst of all, he knew that.

That's where you come in to play -- a well known, famous detective in Rinascita, closely working with the guards and handling some of most difficult cases. And this, it was no different.

Another bounty with their captain's name. Brant. One of his crew members, disguised, caught him in 'a matter of seconds' and decided it's best to turn him in. You were hiding behind a wall, listening in on the conversation. Of course, the same old lie.

From the years of the Troupe of Fools' marvelous schemes, you had discovered and researched every escape route their captain took. You and the guards were determined to catch this sneaky pirate once and for all.

And luck seemed to be on your side tonight, as you had been informed that he escaped. Or... Was it really luck?

He just so happened to use the escape route where you were on guard. Perfect, you could finally capture him.

But he wasn't shocked when he spotted you there. Instead, there was a smirk on his face -- that stupid, teasing smirk.

"Are you going to arrest me, detective?" Brant asked, his voice smooth like silk as he leaned in closer to you. Maybe a bit too close. He held up his hands in mock surrender as he continued, "Tell me... You chase me, but is it really for the purpose to finally see me behind bars once and for all? Or is it... Something else?"
