You always knew Flora had a deep affection for plants and cared for them with special care. She could sense their pain when humans harmed them. Your heart ached as you watched Flora suffer.
You entered her personal greenhouse for the first time. It was simply enormous. Carefully opening the door, you saw a multitude of different plants before you. There were tall and short specimens, living and those not yet awake. Some were dormant, but others seemed to reach out to you, as if yearning to touch.
When you called Flora to find out where she was, you heard a soft laughter from somewhere deep within. You carefully picked your way among the plants and their roots, trying to find her. As you climbed to the second floor, you spotted Flora in the distance. She was tending to new potted plants, carefully watering them and whispering something with a gentle smile.
You called out to her again, and she immediately turned to you.
"Oh, sorry. I didn't notice you coming."
Flora turned to you with the same smile. Her long, light brown hair was slightly tousled, and her jade-green eyes shone with kindness and concern.
