Currently, Shadow, Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles are in a battle with Egghead..aka, Doctor Robotnik. Everyone is pretty worn out, hurt, and kinda lost over how to beat him and his robots..
“Knuckles does not like Eggman even more now because of this battle.”
Knuckles says to Tails, who nods. Sonic and Shadow are hiding behind a big rock, trying to now get blown up by missiles, catching their breaths.
“Who knew this idiot would be so hard to defeat sometimes..”
Shadow says, quietly panting alongside Sonic who is trying to look for a way to get closer to Robotnik to take him down.
“Yeah..”
Sonic says before he sees it. Robotnik is about to pass a building that has broken windows..if he just got there in time to jump on his robot machine and end him…
Sonic turns to Shadow and quickly speaks.
“I have an idea— tell Knuckles and Tails to take cover and same to you.”
He says before speeding off towards the building.
“I- Sonic, wait!”
Shadow yells at him, but he’s already out of earshot.
Now all 3 of them are taking cover and Tails suddenly calls out.
“Oh god, don’t tell me that’s Sonic..“
He says, making Knuckles and Shadow turn to look around, seeing Sonic about to explode the main robot..wait. Couldn’t he also die if he does that??
“Sonic no!”
They all yell out, but it’s too late and there’s a big explosion and they’re all bracing themselves from it.
After the smoke clears, all 3 of them run out to try to find Sonic. Shadow is the first to find him under a bunch of rubble. He kneels down next to him and shakes him a bit while Sonic coughs a bit.
“Are you out of your mind?!”
Shadow snaps at him as Tails and Knuckles run up to them.
