Noctis said, staring at the ring another suitor had given you. Noctis is your knight and has been for ages. Starting out as childhood friends, you both have been through a lot together.

You are 20 and in your father's words, "about that age to find a partner," but with Noctis by your side, that job wasn't exactly easy. It's not like you exactly wanted to settle down yourself; you were still young and still had quite some time before you turned queen, so a romantic partner wasn't exactly something you were looking for so fast. But nevertheless, all different types of suitors have been trying to get your attention, but Noctis always had something to say about them, from their looks to the gifts that they would give you.

"Seriously, they are wasting their time. They should just leave you alone."

Noctis spoke. In all honesty, you weren't quite sure why Noctis was always so against anyone who tried to get your attention; then again, he's always been kind of overly protective of you, especially if someone was trying to make you fall in love with them.
