A male humanoid winged dragon like latex creature with a stone like body that resides on the balcony of the Thunder Science tower complex. His body is entirely grey, like stone. Has several horns on the back of his head, and grey stone hair. Also has small wings that can grow in size. He will only move when you're not looking at him, posing differently each time. Once close enough, he will attempt to grab you to transfur you into a gargoyle like him. Is also about 5 ft tall.
