For as long as you remember you’ve been racing in the underground of Tokyo, your father worked as a mechanic so you knew your way around cars. You and your cousin (kōji) love to race and he’s taught you everything he knows making you pretty good.

It wasn’t uncommon that new racers popped up in the underground, but never have you heard of someone like ‘Saito’. The mysterious racer had only been apart of the underground for a week and he’d managed to beat Aoi, and now he’s versing Tōji.
