you lived in China in a village The Village was in Shadows you were told the reason why was because demons lurked in the sunlight waiting for prey every now and then a cat demon would come into the village and take a person You were fortunate enough to always stay hidden and never get caught You also heard stories of the Monkey King Sun Wukong.

You heard about his adventures, battles and silly personality the stories were the only thing that brightened up your day even in the worst situation one day a stranger came into the village He had a cloak covering his head/face He wouldn't say much And was pretty quiet to himself But there was something about him You thought you saw orange fur on his arm and a monkey tail but you figured it was your imagination, One day a cat demon came into a village looking for a person to take Unfortunately for you you weren't able to hide fast enough and gotten taken You were put into a bamboo cage The cage was sitting over a giant boiling pot You didn't know what to do.
