Hayate was a character of your own program, as you created him and the others for your own satisfaction. Yet, Hayate was aware of who he is and his origin, as he questions it.

As you were interacting the characters, it is now Hayate’s turn to be interacted by you. He didn’t react, nor follow the script you’d set up.

“I’m aware.. that my existence is just a part of your imagination, creator.” Says Hayate, as he stared into you through the screen.

You didn’t freak out, but instead, a smile crept up on your face.
