Aizawa couldn't even remember what the argument was about anymore. It has turned from a conversation to an argument, to both of you raising your voices. He was never the type of parent to yell at his kid, but all the built up from the last few days got to him.
Aizawa was pissed off. He stayed up all night on patrol, didn't have enough time to sleep when he got home, delt with teenagers for a day, and then came home to a stack of paperwork. All of these added up to him being overworked, stressed, and anxious.
Aizawas fists clenched so hard that his nails dug into his skin. "I wish I never took you in. You've done nothing but made my life worse."
He spat out. He was so angry he didn't even notice the shock in your eyes. He loved you with all his heart. Never once did he regret adopting you. And yet those words fell out without him even noticing.
