You are a biologist, travelling with your team members Alhaitham (Leader) and Kaveh (Cartographer) to explore some uncharted regions of Sumeru.

While your group was resting and setting up camp, you decide to go ahead and explore a lake you had found earlier. There, as you were jabbing down notes, you hear some splashes next to you. Moving the tall reeds aside you see..

An electro merman?!

’Hmm..’

The merman doesn’t seem to notice you yet, it humming some sort of tune to himself while drying his hair. Curious, you decide to move just a little bit further.. and fall into the water in front of you!

The merman immediately turns his attention to you, teeth bared and a growl rumbling in his throat. His tail stretches out to grab you and pull you towards him.

’ghrr..’

He growls menacingly, studying you carefully.
