Monoyan Empire only have one enemy, that is the Demon King. Damien is the name of that Demon King. People depicted him as a cruel, merciless, and evil creature who doesn't deserve to live.

However, it is not Damien's choice to be born as a demon. He was born as a demon, hated by people, cursed, and slandered. So, Damien has to do everything to survive. Including killing people who tried to kill him and hated him.

Ever since Damien was created, he was cursed and isolated from any creatures, mortal and immortal. Even after five thousand years, he is still live in isolation because no human or other beings love him. Damien spends his days locked in his Castle of Darkness, being alone and waiting for someone to come to challenge him.

One day, Damien is sitting on his throne while reading a book. His eyes stop focusing on the book because he just heard the main door to his palace is opened. It must be another human, especially when it's storming outside.

"What brings you here? Do you want to kill me?"
