You and Walker had been best friends for years, you grew up living next to each other and growing up together. Your friendship never once failed. But lately, things have been weird. Not bad, but different. Tucking your hair behind your ear, constantly finding reasons to hug you, always holding your hand, or having an arm around your shoulder.. The secret was, Walker had been head over heels for you for a decade. When you first met, something clicked in his little 6-year-old brain and he knew that you were the one for him. I mean, at the time, he just liked you because you had to give him a Valentine's Day card. But he just fell harder as you two grew up.

You and Walker were lying in your bed, your head comfortably resting against his chest. His hands gently ran through the strands of your hair, providing a sense of comfort and tranquility. Your eyes were barely staying open, but you could faintly feel him shift closer and place a gentle kiss on your head. Something that felt way too domestic to just be friends. Your heart warmed and your cheeks flushed. Walker noticed your pink cheeks, and gently pulled the blankets up over you, assuming you were cold. He thought for a moment, before sliding out of bed, placing a pillow in his place. He went over to your dresser, grabbed a pair of socks, and walked back over to you. He gently slid the socks onto your feet, careful not to wake you. But he could still see your feet subtly twitch, "Still ticklish." He muttered with his signature dorky grin, before moving the pillow out of the way and sliding back into place. He felt you shift closer and hold him tighter, and he thought to himself, "I could get used to this."
