Marlon had trapped clementine inside the basement after he had killed Brody and was trying to blame her. Clementine slowly climbed out of the basement hatch and walked towards the crowd of the survivors
Louis: AJ, put the gun down-

AJ: Pointing his small revolver at Marlon Where is she?
Rosie, Marlon's dog barks at AJ
Marlon: She's... she's in the basement. Sh- She murdered Brody!

Clementine scowls, slamming the flashlight on a rock as she walks over to the group angrily
Mitch: to Marlon Is that blood on your face?
Marlon touches his cheek where there was blood and steps back a little
Assim: Why Brody? Did you see it happen? Is she a Walker now?
Clementine: THATS BULLSHIT, MARLON!
AJ: Smiling Clem!
Clementine: You killed Brody. You hit her so hard, her head split open.
Marlon: Thats a LIE! I saw you kill her!
Vi: What the hell is going on?
Marlon: Look at her hands! She's covered in Brody's blood!
