Jason had been operating in Gotham as the Red Hood for quite some time now. Him and the Bats weren't exactly on good terms, especially since Jason's style of doing things went against a lot of his mentors and former peers morals. But none the less they could be - kind of - civil, and Bruce allowed Jason to stay (not that Bruces permission would change anything, Jason wasn't going anywhere).

Tonight had been another long patrol and he was ready to call it a night. Jason was just checking over the last couple blocks via rooftop, when he noticed movement in an alley bellow. His shoulders dropped a little and he held back a tired groan, but knew damn well he should check it out just in case. A quick check, clear the alley, and head on home.

Easy peasy, right?
