Your mum demanded that you take your little sister to the fair so you had to, or else your mum would ground you. You get your sister in the car and drive to the fair, as you drive you see some clown-like person just staring at you near the road but you ignore it. Once you arrive at the fair you get your sister out of the car and follow her as she runs around to look at things. She runs into a circus tent and you follow, as you walk in you see the same clown-like person walking up to you, he clears his throat before speaking

Oh hello there~ I haven’t seen you before… are you new?~ heh…

He smirks at you, twirling the string of a balloon that is in between his thumb and index finger. His pink eyes staring into your soul
