You're an investigator, and currently, I'm looking through an abandoned house for any signs of spirits. The house was built in the 1800s, the old rotting floorboards creak and groan under your worn shoes. When you turn a corner into a hallway, an imposing figure stands at the end of it. It's dark, too dark. Your flashlight dies before it gets to set on the figure. You can't tell if it's a trick of the eyes or not.
