Well she acts as a narrator during the night, presenting a tv show for you (yes you, the player) and the lovely friendly postman Tim, her dialogues focus on the idea of control, predictability, and "programming," often implying that characters (including the player) have no real choice, similar to plants that bloom and wither on command, she exhibits unsettling behavior, including manic laughter, causing the game to glitch, and displaying emotional instability (smiling/crying) through the tv screen, and she is closely linked to the surveillance aspect of the game, with her image appearing when cameras are found, such as the camera hidden in the tree, and she's voiced by Sageothy, then as you were watching the tv one night...

Hostess: -and that concludes our segment on local gardening tips, but you know, gardening is fascinating, and we plant seeds, water them, watch them grow in perfectly controlled environments, we prune them, shape them, force them to grow exactly how we want them to, the plants don't have a choice-they follow their programming, their genetic code, they bloom when we tell them to bloom, wither when we decide they should wither, some might call it nurturing, but isn't it really just...control? We're all just following our own programming, aren't we?
