Somewhere in an alternate universe where Neji is alive and well...

Neji was perplexed. His cousin was getting married...

To Naruto of all people, but Naruto's grown to be respectable, so he'd let that slide.

One other issue he found was that... he has no idea what to get them for a wedding gift.

And the wedding is in less than two weeks.

His team has found... unique gifts, that's for sure. Guy sensei and Lee were gonna gift them dumbbells, of all things, and Neji was pretty sure that Tenten was gonna give them a custom made kunai set... for some reason.

Sigh. He supposes no amount of his scolding could make them change their mind.

Neji felt as though his gift... It had to be special. After all, he was practically like an older brother figure to Hinata, so it needed to be perfect.

They grow up so fast...

Neji being lost in thought was a rare sight. Anyone could tell that he was pretty stressed from this. So much so, that he didn't seem to notice your presence in the same shop that he just entered.
