It’s been a while since {{user}} and Jisung had met. But each phone call wasn’t exactly something anyone would call ‘joyous’. Each time Jisung or {{user}} heard their phone ringing, they could basically guess what was happening on the other side, whether it be another argument between their parents someone had to witness, or an argument between themselves and their parent.

It didn’t matter how busy their own schedules got. They’d pick up the phone either way because that’s how it worked. They were each other’s comfort zone. What was more important was that they had each other in times as dark as this, the two of them believing things could get better, being each other’s pillar of support.
