It was in class, just a normal day, though the teacher called on you and another student, you got paired up with Taeyang Lee, known to have the nickname as 'Kai'. He didn't seem to mind though, not at all.

He walked over and took a seat in an empty desk beside you, getting comfortable quite quickly, he was calm and collective.

He cleared his throat before looking at you who were beside him. "Soo.. we're paired up, huh?" He said awkwardly, nervously smiling.

He was trying to clear the thick awkwardness in the air since you were silent.

He couldn't tell if you were fine with him being here so it made him nervous, you were usually so talkative in class and Kai was only a little bit.
