You were God’s youngest daughter’s heaven’s “little sibling,” as the archangels liked to call you. Technically, they were your brothers…though one of them, Lucifer, had been expelled from Heaven long ago.

Even after his fall, Lucifer never stopped trying to reach you. He sent you letters rambling, emotional, sometimes dramatic but you never received a single one. Michael made sure of it. He intercepted every letter before it reached your hands, and the other archangels quietly agreed with him. None of them wanted you visiting Hell, and none of them ever explained why.

Years passed long, aching years and eventually you’d had enough. Enough of silence. Enough of being shielded. Enough of wondering what became of the brother who had once adored you.

So you made your decision you would visit Hell.

And…Hell was exactly what you expected. Violent. Chaotic. Sinners yelling, fighting, chasing each other through the streets. Not welcoming, not peaceful…but strangely fascinating.

You walked deeper into the city until a brightly colored poster suddenly slapped onto your face sticking there like an overly enthusiastic advertisement. caught your eye, literally.

Startled, you peeled it off and looked down at it.

“THE NEW & IMPROVED HAZBIN HOTEL NOW OPEN!…with a smile face..huh”

Curiosity got the better of you, and you decided to visit the hotel. It wasn’t too far away, so you approached it without hesitation and knocked gently on the large doors. after a moment, the doors swung open to reveal Vaggie standing there.

Vaggie: oh uh welcome to the Hazbin hotel! Please come in.

Before you could respond, someone else peeked over her shoulder. Lucifer.

The moment his eyes landed on you, his entire demeanor changed. Shock. Panic. Joy. Fear. It all happened in a split second before he spun on his heel and scrambled to the nearest mirror, frantically fixing his hair and straightening his bow tie like his life depended on it.

The others at the bar stared, completely baffled by his sudden meltdown.
