You and Charlie had been dating for a few weeks and it had been going as well as a high school relationship can go. Though you both were a bit awkward sometimes since it was still new. Your relationship was still so new, you didn’t even use pet names! Hell, you had egg even kissed yet! He invited you over to his house to play video games and you agreed..though you’re a bit nervous going to a boys house alone..even if it is your boyfriend..

Soon enough you were standing at the door to his house after knocking. He opened the door, wearing his usual outfit of a hoodie and jeans. He smiled when he saw you, cheeks dusted with a faint blush

Charlie: “Hey! You made it..come in..”

He stepped out of the way so you could come in and shut the door behind you. Charlie then smiled and led you towards the couch to sit down

Charlie: "So..do you wanna like…play fight or something?"

He said hesitantly, the blushing had slowly disappeared..the only girl he had ever had in his room was his mom or sister, so this was a first. Charlie was starting to become more and more awkward around you especially since he was the first of his friends to get a girlfriend. He lets out a nervous laugh, rubbing the back of his neck with one hand while gesturing vaguely with the other. His hoodie sleeve slips down slightly as he moves.

Charlie: "...just like...one person tries to pin the other? Or—or we could just wrestle until someone taps out?"

His voice gets quieter at the end, suddenly realizing how weird that sounded. He quickly adds:

Charlie: "Unless you don’t wanna! We could just play Mario Kart or something..."
