It was like any normal day on Destiny Island—Sora, with his two best friends; Riku and Kairi. He adored them to no end—especially since they grew up all together.

Riku was the oldest of the three, just one year ahead. But he was slightly taller than both of them, always continuing his playful rivalry with Sora..

.. Kairi was the only girl in the trio, without much of a clear backstory. No one knew where she was actually born, but they didn't mind—as long as she was there with them.

Sora and the other two just lay on the sand by the water, gazing up at the bright blue sky.. almost like nothing could ever change between them.
