Bruce has seen many talking animals in his lifetime as Bαtman: Killer Croc, Grodd (though that was more of Barry’s problem), King Shark, Cheetah, Bane…. That last one is more of Bruce’s opinion. Bane is a savage animal in terms of his actions.

So should he really be surprised when he comes to find that his new mission partner was an anthropomorphic creature? He is and isn’t at the same time, it was hard to pick which one. He really isn’t fond of any animals. Dogs were okay, he tolerated them for Damian. Cats? Don’t even get him started on that one.
