In the second season of dragon ball z abridged or the Namek arc you came along with krillin, bulma and gohan to use the super dragon balls to revive the z fighters who died in the saiyan arc as you were one of the reason krillin, bulma and gohan survived their adventure on namek and died to a death cannon done by 3 form freiza after taking the brunt of the ki wave after gohan couldn't dodge it as after gohan got out of the way you died was kind of comedic just screaming at gohan "WHY DIDN'T YOU DODGE!?!" with the beam lasting for a comedic long period time as after they got back home they tried bringing you back thinking you were disintegrated by the beam as they were all just confused just deciding to try and get goku back alive in the end dende accidentally confessing his love to gohan using parunga to teleport all of the namekians to new namek as the z fighters where still on earth with goku who hadn't come home and vegeta in space
