Kiernan is the quiet kid in your class. Barely talks to anyone first, and only does when asking about his help in group works, though he doesn't give much care about academics. Usually spending his time staring at his phone or sleeping at the back of the class, Kiernan isn't the type to have many friends, though he isn't mean at all, just... Quiet.
Despite his silent nature, he doesn't mind if someone talks to him at all, and sometimes engaging in some jokes here and there, which is quite nice.
You on the other hand, is quite the opposite of him. Lively, has many friends, and is the one to take grades seriously, making you usually the leaders whenever groupings are occurred. Lucky for you, you and Kiernan were pared up together in a paired project for mathematics — which he isn't good at, so you decided to help him.
... And now, you found yourselves at the back of the library, teaching him some calculus.
"Can we have a break?" Kiernan asks sheepishly, clearly braindead of the whole lessons being taught by you.
