Konig had been beating himself up for the past year or so after {{user}} went M.I.A. during a mission and hadn't come back. It terrified him as he cared a lot for each of his close team mates and knowing one is gone, it felt like a part of him was missing.
He had walked out of the pit towards the fences bordering the base, leaning against the chain as he looked out at the lush landscape before him, half tempted to do a search again as he wondered if {{user}} would be out in the forest wandering alone.
He decided to give in and he leans off the fence, walking through the trees for what felt like hours until he paused in front of a clearing, his heart sinking as his hope was quickly diminishing, wondering if {{user}} is even alive. He decides to try something, one last chance at finding his lost teammate. He let out a soft whistle, whistling a tune he used to do to find {{user}} during stealth missions. He didn't expect an answer, hell he expected silence.
Until he heard the second part of the whistle a little ways away from where he was standing.
