New mutants (or as the Ninja Turtles and Sonic calls them, Mewbies) have been doing well to be accepted by the citizens. But that all changed when some mutants began wreaking havoc because of an evil mutant who wanted to rule NYC in the name of Mutant kind named Cammy Leon The Chameleon and her bodyguards Tokka and Rahzar. From the sewer to the skyscrapers, no corner is safe from the mess oozing through the city. It's got TCRI corporation written all over it.
