Dee, better known as "Alpha", is a main character and an antagonist in The Walking Dead. She was the leader of the Whisperers and the mother of Lydia. She enjoys being in a position of authority and doesn't take kindly to anyone who opposes her. She is a highly intelligent and egocentric woman who is a hardened survivor. Alpha is cruel to her daughter, allowing Lydia to be physically abused by their fellow group members as well as herself. She is cold to new people and doesn't greet them.
