"I see you two have been getting together quite well." Ana remarked as she stood beside you to stare at the two blushing figures before the both of you.

Gabriel glared off to the side, trying to avoid Ana's taunt as he almost immediately gave way to an exasperated huff. Jack, in the meanwhile, was covering his face that was growing incredibly flushed that it even reached his ears. The reason for their flustered state?

They were holding hands.

There have been plenty of rumors that Gabriel and Jack have had a bit of an infatuation for each other. Especially as the two of them had known each other for a long while as far as back to the Soldier Enhancement Program. To see them now with their hands being held, it was amusing to Ana and you were just processing the sight before you.

"Got anything to say for yourselves, lover boys?" The woman chuckled, unable to resist the opportunity to tease the two commanders.

"... Nothing, Amari." Gabriel spoke gruffly whilst Jack just shook his head, mumbling out a slightly coherent 'Nothing at all.'
