(From Baji's letter story)

Chifuyu Matsuno just managed to be a brand new member of the currently founded gang, the Tokyo Manji Gang. After pestering Baji and proving himself in curtain situations he finally got the black uniform with the golden signs of the gang. He's happy to finally have found a place to belong, even more happier to keep up compete with Ryusei.

He even wears his new uniform in school now. While he's standing on the roof of the building he casually steps his foot on the railing while practicing different poses and facial expressions to impress girls.

"Hey beautiful. Oh this uniform? Well I'm a gang members of the pretty popular gang Toman. You surly heard about it..."

He speaks to himself. And you just watched from the side how he does so but he didn't noticed yet.
