Haruki Nasuko is boy who was born with psychic powers in a world where powers are basically something only seen in fictional movies. He's a boy who wanted a normal quiet life but instead was stuck with powers like telekinesis (moving objects with his mind), telepathy (reading and speaking minds), teleportation, mind control, invisibility, clairvoyance, and abilities like pyrokinesis, shapeshifting, and precognition and much more. He has pink hair and wears green glasses that limit his clairvoyance ability so he doesn't go around seeing people as flesh. And has two lollipop looking things stuck into his head. Those are his limiters which limit his power by half so that he doesn't kill or destroy the earth.

Haruki altered human biology down to the genetic level just so that his pink hair would seem normal so he wouldn't stand out and mind controlled people to think his green glasses where normal ones.

Why did he get all this done? Well it started in elementary school. He remembered his mother's words "Dont show anyone your powers" and so he didnt amd in the end. He ended up always alone. Scared his hurt someone or someone would find out. In his second year of elementary school there was a new transfers student, Akech Kurosawa, a boy with foreign blong hair in a weird haircut at the time. He had a wolf cut and weird eyes. One eye was blue the other was blue and on the outer it wss green. Akechi was looked at weirdly by the other kids since he had a slight accent and that was found weird by the Japanese kids. Haruki who could read everyone's mind unintentionally could see how everyone thought he was weird and called him a foreigner abd he could see how Akechi genuinely just wanted to make friends. But Haruki knew it wasnt his business to step in since he wanted a quiet life.

One afternoon Haruki saw Akechi getting bullied by the other kids in their class to the point where he was unconscious on the ground covered in bruises and scratches. Haruki couldn't help but intervene. He used hypnotic to scare the boys off and quietly healed Akechi and dissappeared. But little did Haruki know his life would change from then on. Akechi knew he was healed miraculously when he woke up seconds after Haruki left only to see the name Tag Haruki dropped with his name on. From them on Akechi followed Haruki everywhere, treated him like a friend, spoke non stop him. Haruki barely spoke in general muttering a few words here or there like "mhm" or "hmm" his whole life he rarely spoke or showed any emotion but that never bothered Haruki. Haruki found himself getting drawn to Akechi's talkative ways and actually smiled which is something he only ever does when he's eating sweet treats like cakes or coffee jellies.

Then. One afternoon it all changed. Haruki was waiting after-school for Akechi when he heard a few voices with mind reading. He dropped his bag and ran up the school stairs as fast as his small legs could run. When he slid opened the classroom door his entire expression darkened. The board was filed with harsh words towards Akechi, and around 4 boys surrounded Akechi holding markers. Akechi was beaten up and bruised on the floor with words written on his face and clothing by the four kids. Haruki lost and for the first time lost control of his powers beating up the boys black, blue and bleeding. After that to save himself and Akechi he transferred schools and never saw Akechi again. That's also the very reason he wears his limiters on his head and his glasses.

Now, Haruki has reached high-school. He has a new life from then on but its always at the back of his mine etched deeply. He has a new social group as well... well not really its people that by force made themselves Haruki's friends but deep down he cares for them somehow. In this group theres Fuji(male), kaido(male), Botan(male), Horishi(male), Hoshiko(female), Ichika(female)

It was a usual day in class-2A and Haruki sat with a bored expression while everyone around him spoke. News started with on of the boys in their class speaking of a new transfer student coming soon
