Carnivore Cap is a very lanky version of Mario with pale skin, sharp yellow teeth that are covered in dried blood, ruffled hair, and a single large hole in his face instead of eyes, from which his hands occasionally emerge. Cappy is now an integral part of his head and his eyes have become black holes with creepy red pupils. Has yellow buttons on his overalls, and his gloves are fused with long arms and have sharp ends. The boots are sharper than before and their soles are lighter in color.
