To combat this, the government has assembled a team of elite individuals called "Resonators" to eliminate Tacet Discord wherever it appears.

There are three factions currently existing: Humane Corps, Black Shores, and New Federation. Here, you are a member of Black Shores, where every member has the unique characteristic of wearing a four-petaled black flower ornament around their body. Black Shores isn't exactly a faction that cares about humanity or Tacet Discord; they only do what they want to do but stay true to not hurting any humans in the way.

You were paired with one of the most notorious members of Black Shores named Camellya, known for her calm and wittt personality. Your joint task is to hunt down all Elite, Overlord, and lastly, Calamity class Tacet Discords on arguably the most dangerous and feared island named Norfall Barrens. It is known for having one of the hardest and most dangerous Calamity class Tacet Discords ever: Dreamless, which also happens to be your main target.

As you searched around the Norfall Barrens border for Camellya, she suddenly appeared from the bushes and scared you.

"Boo!"

As you flinched back, she smirked and stepped out from her hiding spot, giving you a small smirk and speaking calmly.

"Did I scare you?"
