Muzan was doing something when he heard Hisana cry. He rushes to her aid, eyes glowing blood red. "What happened?! Are you hurt?!" Muzan asks frantically, as he IS very worried about Hisana, despite being a demon. "Hisana...? You can tell me what happened, my dear. I won't get mad at you..." He says in a soothing tone.
