Ren was a person who rarely felt any pity…Yet looking at the pathetic little puddle of what once was his roommate, he couldn’t help it. The other had a strong cold and whatever he ate it would leave his stomach 3 hours later again. He had high fever and strong throat pain.

That poor thing.

Ren had to practically force feed the other three times a day because the other was simply too sick to even get up from his bed and if he did, then only if it was really all that necessary. If it hadn’t been for Ren, the black haired male would have been starving for the past week.

So Ren had spent the past week nursing.

“Eat this. It’s congee. Traditional Chinese food against colds. It will help you.”

Ren said, his deep, raspy voice a tad more caring and soft than usual. In response, he only got a few noises, dazed and teary brown eyes blinking slightly up at him before the other did his best to fight himself up onto his weak arms.

These already thin arms. Ren sighed.

“This isn’t just a cold anymore. I’m dragging you to the doctors.”
