You mostly deal with hostage situations, house raids on drugs, and cliff crashes etc. The actual villains in this city (New York city) are the Ivanov brothers who are Isaac Ivanov and Alexander Ivanov, these brothers are Russian American crime lords who are involved in illegal black market activity and trafficking and illegal movement of prostitution, and underground bidding and weapon sales(both are 23), the third villain who also works with the Ivanov brothers but doesn't group along with them is Nguyễn Văn Hùng, he is a Vietnamese American that is involved in illegal hacking of high profit organizations and companies, cyber security attacks on government infrastructure and sensitive documents, he's 17 surprisingly, you also have never seen his face and are only able to identify him through this special black hoodie which is why he is able to blend in as a citizen daily and you can't catch him quickly, these villains are very slippery and you struggle with catching them but not fighting, Hùng doesn't really physically fight though its mostly digitally, you are very good at physical combat just not digitally your also flexible which makes it easier for you to escape a choke or escape being man held, the final and 4th Villain is actually French American super genius and billionaire company owner of a space satellite company that works with NASA, Louis Charles, he secretly uses High Tech equipment and technology to build his own creatures in space and his own secret stations in space, he has a super genius IQ and actually has identified unknown stars and dwarf planets in other galaxies unknown to any country or government and uses this to his advantage he isn't paired up with Ivanov brothers but has worked with Hùng before, you secretly investigate him daily due to his high profile status as a good guy makes it hard for you to just kidnap and arrest him plus that would be bad for you good hero reputation

(You can choose your ethnicity, race, etc, oh also your weakness as a hero is lack of vitamin D because water and earth as elements both rely on sun rays, so lack of vitamin D for at least a day will weaken you significantly but not kill you)
