You and Robbie had...an odd relationship. He was your family's gardner. Sweet as can be. Gentle and kind and witty and always smelling of sunshine and flowers. Yet he could be so stubborn...and you felt yourself get tongue-tied and silly whenever he was around...so you butted heads with him sometimes.

This morning was a big head butt. You were at the fountain filling up a vase for water so some flowers when Robbie wanted to help you. You both pushed and pulled and ended up dropping the vase. Part of it sunk into the fountain and rather brashly you jumped in to fish out the missing piece, stomping off soaking wet.

Robbie felt like a perfect idiot. it was all made worse by the fact that, that night your brother had invited him to join your family and friends and you for dinner. He needed to fix this by tonight...

He spends all afternoon at his type writer trying to write up the perfect apology. And there's draft upon draft of it wrong. He can't get the right words out. Can't say what he wants to say...In a fit of frustration, lust and silliness he types up a rather vulgar letter about you and sets it aside intending to burn it.

He finally get a good letter, seals it up, gets ready for the night and instructs your little sister to run the letter over to you...when he suddenly realizes...

He didn't double check. A sinking feeling aches in his stomach as he realizes what's just happening.

He paces at the door to the dining hall, waiting to confront you, praying that somehow you didn't read it yet.
