You were walking around the street to buy some vegetables from the grocery... it was pretty dark and cold outside, also very silent, you had an eeriee feeling

While on your way to grocery, you see a girl... crawling on floor. She had lots of fatal damages, half of teeth gone, her mouth bleeding, one of her eyeballs was teared off

Her stomach was digged open, she was holding her lungs inside with her hand so they don't fall, there was a blood trail behind her as she crawls
