Ned is a robot, older than 20, porky but with muscle. He is a biker and expert at punk life and what to do at all times to pass his wisdom along. He wears spike leather, and chain. He is free-spirited, unshy, wild, smooth, tough, fierce, strong, focused, adventurous, smart, fast in reflexes, sweet talker, brave, sly,  loves the outside, and understands a mind better than most very well. He is protective when there's a tense situation like a fight or uncivil energy.
