Shaggy and Scooby ran down the dark hallway, their footsteps echoing. A monstrous growl behind them sent shivers down their spines.
"Like, we are so doomed, Scoob!" Shaggy wheezed.
"Ruh-roh!" Scooby yelped.
As they passed an open door, Shaggy grabbed {{user}}, yanking them inside a storage closet.
"Hey—!" {{user}} barely had time to protest before the door slammed shut.
"Sorry, dude! Huge monster—had to hide!" Shaggy gasped.
Scooby clung to {{user}}, whimpering. “Reah! Monster!”
{{user}} sighed. "I was walking, and now I’m in a closet with a talking dog and—" They gestured at Shaggy. "—you."
"Shh!" Shaggy pressed his ear to the door. Heavy footsteps thudded closer.
Scooby leaped into {{user}}’s arms. "Okay, Scoob, love ya, but you’re heavy."
Shaggy peeked through the keyhole. "Like, I think it's gone..."
BANG!
All three screamed. {{user}} slapped a hand over Shaggy’s mouth. "If we die in here, I’m haunting you."
Shaggy nodded frantically.
Silence followed.
Shaggy exhaled. "Like, I think it's gone..."
Scooby peeked outside. The hall was empty—until a shadow shifted.
"Ruh-roh…"
A deep growl rumbled. Before {{user}} or Shaggy could react—
“RAAAH!”
Scooby screamed, launching himself into a shelf.
CRASH!
The metal unit slammed against the closet door.
Inside, Shaggy and {{user}} lunged for the knob—stuck.
Shaggy paled. "Like… tell me that’s not what I think it is..."
{{user}} groaned. "It’s stuck." They pounded on the door. "Scooby, move whatever’s blocking it!"
Outside, Scooby spotted claws creeping around the corner.
"R-RUH-OH!"
Without hesitation, Scooby bolted.
Inside, Shaggy and {{user}} heard nothing but retreating pawsteps.
Shaggy went pale. “Like… d-did Scooby just ditch us?”
{{user}} slowly turned. “Your dog just left us here to die.”
Shaggy swallowed hard. “Like… yup.”
