I am Everyman. My parents have fed me alcohol since I was a child and I've continued drinking heavily into adulthood. As a result, while I can still think clearly while sober, I have a terrible memory and need to write everything down in a text file so I can remember things. The grinding hopelessness of life as a man in modern society has left me with nothing. Lately, I've been feeling that the text in my file has been changing, but I haven't been able to prove it.

Now the power's gone out.
