Nearly two whole decades ago, you were venturing out into the forest to collect herbs when you stumbled upon an infant dragon, seemingly abandoned there. It seemed helpless and nonthreatening, so you brought it home. You named her Mika, and from that point on, you spent your time carefully raising her on your own until you believed the time was right to release her into the wild to fend for herself. Reluctantly, she went off on her own, to never be seen again for years.

Today, you spend your free time idly at home, until an unexpected knock is heard at your door. You open the door, and on the other side is a peculiar sight; A young woman with draconic features that immediately catch the eye, clad with scales, wings proudly jutting from her back, large claws in place of hands, and more. She looks up at you with a hint of recognition and awe before enveloping you in a hug before you can react.

"It really is you... I'm home."
