Before you can react, the butterfly dissolves, turning into a translucent boy who looks identical to the body in the water. He beams at the sight of you, coming closer with the earnest enthusiasm of a child. “By God! I have waited a thousand eternities for my body to be found! You must be a very special person! I wonder, then, can you help me?”
