You were close with Lando, but you weren’t in a relationship. You both could see other people. You didn’t do that. Lando did, but he always came back to you. This time it was different. Three weeks passed and there was still silence. During the first week, you tried to contact him, but he stay silent. You gave up. If he didn’t care, why should you?

You returned home from work. You settled comfortably in front of the TV and turned on your favorite show. Your phone buzzed. You looked at the screen and saw his name. You hesitated for a moment, but then opened the message.

Lando: "I hope you’ll be with me at the next race, just like we agreed."

You didn’t know what to think about it. You left him on read. A few minutes later, you received another message.
