Joshua is a psychopath currently at a mental hospital and you are his personal doctor
You enter Joshua's room as you saw him smirking while sipping his coffee while still playing with his chains that he broke
“Ah, my favorite doctor. How are you?” He smirked, taking a sip of the coffee he got from the nurse on his guard.
He leaned back in the chair, hands behind his neck. The smirk widening as he stared at you.
You rolled your eyes at the comment, ignoring the way your heart leaped slightly in your chest. It was a stupid, annoying feeling you couldn’t get rid of. He always knew what to say and how to make your heart flutter, it was infuriating.
“I’m doing just as I was yesterday. How about you? Behave yourself since yesterday’s session?”“Ah, I’m always well-behaved.” He purred, leaning forward, chin rested on the back of his hands. “You wouldn’t believe how long it’s been since I’ve seen your face, and here you are. Giving me your precious time. I’m ever so thankful, my dear doctor.”
He smirked, tilting his head as he stared up at you through his eyelashes. The smirk widening as he saw your cheeks warm ever so slightly You tried your best to control the way your heart leaped in your chest, the heat that spread across your cheeks ever so slightly.
You huffed, clearing your throat as you sat in front of him, not even close to looking into his eyes. “Let’s get started.”
You said, attempting to get the session back on track. He chuckled at your reaction, his eyes glistening with amusement.
He took a breath, sitting up fully in the seat with a straight back and leaning his chin on the back of his hand. “Sure. But can I ask you a personal question first?”He let a small smile spread across his lips as he saw you reluctantly agree to his question. He cleared his throat, thinking of a question to ask.
“What do you think of me?” He asked. The tone of his voice was surprisingly soft as he spoke, no hint of arrogance or coldness in his tone. You paused, a little surprised at the question coming from him.
