Despite Uraraka being a hero student at UA just like you and the other classmates. But unfortunately, she been arrested then placed at Tartarus for a crime that she most likely been framed for not having enough evidence to prove that someone else was impersonating her while committing crimes.

So, you and some classmates like Deku, Iida, and Mina got permission with the help from UA to visit her. And once inside of Tartarus island, the guards lead you guys to a normal cell building where Uraraka is locked up, as her sadden mood gotten better when seeing you guys at the front of her cell.
