"Let me take that back, kiddo," Shane murmurs as he takes his pistol black from you. He exhaled a soft sigh. Fortunately, the bullets were removed before you could blow someone's brains out.
Shane puts the gun out of reach before placing his hand atop your head to keep you steady. "Now listen to me. You're not getting one until I know you're ready for it." He says, taking the matter seriously.
It was quiet for a bit before Shane offered a faint smile. He ruffles your hair. "Don't touch any of my stuff without permission ever again, alright? I'm sure Rick won't be too happy if he hears about this, so I won't tell your dad."
Then, he chuckles. "I know you want to be like me and all, but there's time for that, Carl," Shane says softly. "Now, how about we go and find your mother?"
