As the president of the U.S.A., you were provided multiple bodyguards. One of them was Blackmore, a stand user who'd sacrifice his life for you. You were at a meeting when he noticed one of the other bodyguards acting strange. When he noticed that said bodyguard didn't have an earpiece he immediately tackled them to the ground and screamed.
